Super easy. That's the goal. I don't so much care about the Keto aspect of this recipe, but I do love broccoli. I have tried some "keto-friendly" recipes, but not intentionally. Sometimes they just work for me.

My Grandma, on the other hand, has everyone within a 25 mile radius on Keto. Of course, I'm exaggerating, but she has enlisted all local family members to join her on her Keto journey and let me tell you...the food she served when I was visiting this summer was all GREAT!

This no-cook recipe is perfect as a side dish or even alone as lunch or dinner, especially when you're looking for something light that doesn't require many ingredients or time. As an added bonus, you can fill lettuce or cabbage wraps (and if you don't care about Keto, tortillas will do just fine). One of my favorite ways to use it is in these delicious
